  • Usage Data: Login activity, pages accessed, and actions performed within the portal.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Verify and approve agent registrations.
  • Facilitate booking management and commission tracking.
  • Communicate important updates about packages, policies, and your account.
  • Generate referral links and track agent performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MOTAC, SSM).
  • Improve our services and portal experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe), cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform), and communication services necessary to operate the portal.
  • Regulatory Authorities: When required by Malaysian law or regulatory bodies such as MOTAC.
  • Customers: Your agency name and public profile may be visible to customers who book through your referral link.

We retain your data for as long as your agent account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data held by us.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing (which may affect your ability to use the portal).
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

The Agent Portal uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
